Before booking any service, training course, or model slot, please take a moment to read our policies carefully. Your deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable, as it reserves time that cannot always be filled again. I always aim to be fair and understanding, so while deposits cannot be refunded, I will do my best to allow you to reschedule to another available date if needed.

By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to all policies.

Deposits (Services & Training)

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, including both client services and training courses.

Deposits are taken to reserve your appointment or training space and remove that time from availability for other clients or students. For this reason, deposits are strictly non-refundable, as once the time is booked it is not always possible to fill that space again.

I always aim to be as fair and understanding as possible, so if something unexpected happens, I will try to offer the option to move your booking to another available date. However, the deposit itself cannot be refunded.

This applies to all services and all training courses without exception.

Responsibility to Read Policies

It is your responsibility to read and understand all booking policies before securing your appointment, training course, or model slot.

These policies are made available prior to booking. By paying your deposit and confirming your booking, you are automatically agreeing to all terms and conditions listed.

Failure to read the policies does not make them invalid, and they will still apply to your booking.

Appointment Changes

If you need to change your appointment or training date, please contact me as soon as possible.

Where possible, I will allow one date change and transfer your deposit to another available slot. This is done as a gesture of fairness, however deposits still remain non-refundable.

Multiple changes may require a new deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment or training.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, depending on the schedule for that day.

No Shows

Failure to attend your appointment or training without notice will result in loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Model Slots

Model appointments may be offered for training purposes.

    •    Model slots may be discounted or free.

    •    These appointments are used for student practice or demonstrations.

    •    Appointments may take longer than standard treatments.

    •    Results may vary as students are still learning.

By booking a model slot, you understand and accept these conditions.
